DELIVERY TIME
Time, in which the supply reaches the recipient depends on completing and implementing dispatch, as well as time of delivery by courier.
If you pay by bank transfer order is sent for implementation after the recording of transfer on our account.
When paying by credit card or other online payment methods, the order is sent to implement after the card is authorised or payment information from the system that the transfer was made.
Completion and implementation of the dispatch takes 4-10 working days and delivery by DPD courier 2-4 days in EU.
RETURNS
In Jeans-at-Click shop customer may cancel the purchase and return goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of delivery, without giving reasons.
It is possible only if the product was not used or was not in any way destroyed. Returned goods need to be complete: with original labels and signs, packed in a safe manner, they can not bear traces of use.
Returned goods should be returned together with the receipt or invoice. Shop guarantees repayment of the amount equal to the price of the goods.
The money will be refunded within 14 days of the transfer at a specified by the customer bank account.
Quality Complaints
All products available in the store are brand new and are covered by manufacturer warranty. Seller considers customer quality complaints but a prerequisite for considering the quality complaint is to send the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Costs related to send back the quality complaint, shop refunds after receiving package and resolving complaints. In the case of considering the complaint in favor of the customer, it is possible to exchange a product to another, or to refund money to the bank account specified by the customer within 14 days after considering the complaint. Complaints about mechanical damage caused during transport will be considered only after the protocol of the damage in the presence of the courier is prepared.
