Regulations - Jeans-at-Click

II. Information on personal data protection
1. Customer agrees by submitting orders to processing of personal data by the shop Jeans-At-Click, information on its stage, and other information relating to Jeans-At-Click.
2. Clients' personal data are confidential and will not be provided to third parties.
3. Customer agrees to receive from Jeans-At-Click e-mail and traditional correspondence relating Jeans-At-Click  - to the address given in the order form.
4. According to the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 1997. Nr 133 poz. 883) the data is collected with due diligence and adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons.
5. Any client, whose data can be found in the Jeans-At-Click database  has a right of access to their data, to correct and remove.

III. Offer and prices
1. Articles offered by Jeans-At-Click are brand new and covered by manufacturer's warranty. If you receive goods with the factory defect, Jeans Shop-At-Click examines customer complaints.
2. All prices shown in the store Jeans-At-Click.pl are gross prices and include VAT.
3. Prices do not include the cost of delivery of ordered products. Shipping costs are set out in the current price list of supplies available on the website Jeans-At-Click shop.
4. Receipt or a VAT invoice is issued to each client order.
5. Jeans-At-Click Shop reserves the right to any changes in the prices of products on offer without notice. It also has the right to remove or add products to offer, placing, removal, or change promotions at any time.
6 The price is the price appearing on the website when confirming your purchase.
7. Jeans-At-Click reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the contract with the major economic reasons.

IV. Payment methods
1. In Jeans-At-Click.com shop Customer can make payments: by credit card, e-bank transfer in PayPal, Moneybookers or after placing an order - traditional bank transfer .
2. Electronic payment methods are supported by the system PayPal and Moneybookers. Settle credit card and e-transfer is carried out through the Settlement Centre Moneybookers.
3. Order may be canceled if you fail to authorise transaction in the electronic payment system or if the price is not paid within 3 working days for your bank account to Jeans-At-Click. Payment may be paid at different time after confirming this fact with the Jeans-At-Click. The contract is also canceled when the consignment is not received by the customer and the consignment comes back to Jeans-At-Click.

V. The rules for the procurement
1. Online store sells goods via Internet
2. The basis for the implementation of the orders made by the client is properly filled in the form while ordering.
3. Required fields are properly filled in form. Jeans-At-Click shop has the right to call or verify the order in the other way. If the contact with the customer is not possible within 3 working days, the contract may be canceled by the Jeans-At-Click.
4. In case of suspicion of false data, shop Jeans-At-Click reserves the right to cancel and remove the order.
5. Orders are executed in the order they are received until stocks are exhausted.
6. After placing an order customer receives an e-mail confirmation of the completion of the order form. No confirmation of receipt of such a contract can mean the failure to implement. If the customer does not receive such evidence should immediately contact the Jeans-At-Click.
7. Condition for sending the goods is the presence in the store Jeans-At-Click or in our suppliers.
8. Customer is informed about the state of implementation of its orders. In case of absence of the product will be informed of the possibility of changing the contract, extend the term of delivery or cancel contract.
9. Shop Jeans-At-Click accepts orders at www.jeans-at-click.com 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the first working day following the date of the contract.
10. Sending the order to Jeans-At-Click buyer declares that is familiar with these rules and fully accepts it.

VI. Delivery Policies
1. Shop Jeans-At-Click supplies ordered products via DPD courier at the address indicated in the order form. 
2. Shipping costs are determined in the Delivery and Returns at Jeans-At-Click.com 
3. Shipments are carried out up to 5 working days. If the execution time would prove to be longer than shown on our website, we contact the buyer to inform of the delay and confirm the continue willingness of the contract. 
4. In the case of bank transfer payment, this deadline is extended by the time of such transfers. 
5. If the customer does not accept further implementation of the contract and payment was made in advance, Jeans-At-Click returns the payment at customer's bank account within 10 working days.

VII. The right to withdraw without giving a reason
1. Every customer has the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods. Resignation may be made from the whole contract or part of it. 
2. If you want to exercise this right merchandise must be sent to the  Shop Jeans-At-Click address within 14 days from the desire to withdraw from the contract. For the return shipment must be accompanied by a written statement of withdrawal, order number and account number for which the store needs to return payment. 
3. Shipping costs of returned goods shall be borne by customer. 
4. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if it is returned in the same state, unless a change was necessary in the ordinary management. This means that the product must be in original packaging, with complete contents and the product and accessories are intact. It is permissible to open the packaging to see the goods. 
5. A prerequisite for the withdrawal and return of money is moving along with the original merchandise purchase document (invoice or receipt). 
6. When the invoice is issued, the credit note should be issued. The original and a copy shall be sent by a letter to the customer. The client should send a signed copy of the credit note. After receiving a signed copy of the credit note the store shall refund  money to customer account within 10 working days.

VIII. Terms of Customer Complaints 
1. All products available in the store are brand new and are covered by warranty. 
2. Seller account customer complaints for non-compliance with the contract consumer goods at the time of its release under the terms of the Act of 27 July 2002 on the specific terms of consumer sales and to change the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item. 1176). A prerequisite for considering the complaint is to send the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Products should be sent to:

3. Costs associated with the return of the goods, shop returns after receiving  Shipping and resolving complaints. In the case of considering the complaint in favor of the customer can exchange your product to another, or return payment to the bank account specified by the customer within 14 days after considering the complaint. 
4. Complaints relating to mechanical damage caused during transport will be considered only after the protocol of the damage is done in the presence of the courier.

IX. Final provisions
1. The presence on the list of goods in Jeans-At-Click shop does not mean the availability of goods and the possibility of performing the contract. 
2. Shop Jeans-At-Click due diligence that the contents of an offer as accurately as possible and correspond to reality. Because of the possibility of errors made during the update (ie, pricing, setup, images, etc.) - any discrepancies will be adjusted during checkout by the Jeans-At-Click shop.
3. Shop Jeans-At-Click is not responsible for any difference resulting from customer individual computer settings (color, proportions, etc.) - these differences can not be the cause of any complaints and returns.
4. Shop Jeans-At-Click reserves the right to change the Rules at any time. Any changes are in force since the publication of the new Regulations on the websites of Jeans-At-Click
5. The competent court for any disputes arising from the implementation of these Regulations is the court competent for the seat Jeans-At-Click.
6. In matters not specified by these Regulations shall apply the provisions of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on the specific terms of consumer sales and to change the Civil Code and the Act on protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products.
